Job Description: F&B; Service Steward (Restaurant / Banquets)

We are looking for a versatile, high-energy F&B; Service Steward to join our team. This role is unique because it bridges the gap between the intimate, fast-paced environment of our A La Carte Restaurant or the large-scale, coordinated execution of our Banquet Events.

Key Responsibilities

In the Restaurant:
- Guest Engagement: Welcome guests warmly, present menus, and provide detailed information on daily specials or menu ingredients.
- Order Management: Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
- Table Maintenance: Ensure "pre-bushing" (clearing unnecessary items) happens throughout the meal to maintain a clean dining space.
- Side Work: Perform opening and closing duties, including polishing glassware, rolling silverware,



and stocking service stations.

In Banquets:
- Event Setup: Assist in setting up event spaces according to BEO (Banquet Event Order) specifications, including tables, linens, buffets, and stage areas.
- Synchronized Service: Execute various service styles (Plated, Buffet, or Family Style) with precision and timing.
- Turnover: Efficiently clear and "flip" rooms for back-to-back events, ensuring the space is reset to standard.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
