Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Listing Management: Create, update, and optimize product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce platforms to maximize visibility and conversions.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, update stock information, and work with the warehouse team to ensure timely restocking.
- Sales & Promotions: Plan and execute promotional campaigns, pricing strategies, and discount offers to boost sales and manage seasonal demands.
- Order Fulfillment: Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely order processing, shipment, and delivery, ensuring an excellent customer experience.
- Analytics & Reporting: Analyze sales performance, prepare regular reports, and use insights to improve product rankings, pricing, and marketing effectiveness.
- Customer Support: Address customer queries and concerns on the e-commerce platforms promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Market Research: Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated on industry trends to adjust strategies accordingly.

Requirements:




- Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce management, especially on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, or similar.
- Proficient in e-commerce tools and analytics platforms.
- Familiarity with inventory and order management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Prior experience in the heritage, arts, or collectibles industry is a plus.
