Role Overview

Associate Revenue Accounting will be responsible for extracting and preparing data for customers compensation and responding to customer experience team queries related to finance.

Key Responsibilities
- Preparing customer compensation data.
- Liaise with internal teams for making payments.
- Prepare and submit customer compensation requests.
- Ensure all dispute handling related to payments
- Generate reports and respond to Customer relation mails.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience Finance.
- Strong understanding of payment systems and card scheme regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel MS office tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Robust communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
