Role Overview
DS Global Biz is looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to drive lead generation, conversions, and ROI-focused digital campaigns across its three verticals:
- DS Dezigns - Interior design & execution
- Pretfab - Curtains, blinds & furnishings
- Skyrize - Real estate & investment-focused projects
This role is data-driven, execution-heavy, and focused on results, not just creatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Paid Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other performance platforms.
- Lead Generation & Conversion Tracking
Drive qualified leads for interiors, furnishings, and real estate projects while tracking CPL, CAC, and conversions.
- Campaign Optimization & A/B Testing
Continuously test audiences, creatives, formats,
and landing pages to improve performance.Manage ad budgets efficiently and ensure maximum return on marketing spend.Coordinate with internal teams or vendors for landing pages, forms, and lead funnels.Track campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and dashboards.Share weekly and monthly performance reports with insights.Run separate, focused campaigns for:
- Budget Planning & ROI Control
- Landing Pages & Funnels Coordination
- Analytics & Reporting
- Vertical-wise Campaign Planning
- Interior & fit-out enquiries (DS Dezigns)
- Curtain & furnishing leads (Pretfab)
- Investor & buyer leads (Skyrize)
- Lead Quality Monitoring
- Coordinate with sales teams to assess lead quality and refine targeting.
Required Skills & Experience
