Job Purpose

To conduct accurate land and site surveys for construction projects, ensuring correct measurements, levels, boundaries, and alignment as per approved drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct land surveys using total station, GPS, auto level, and other surveying instruments
- Mark boundaries, reference points, centre lines, and levels at project sites
- Verify site dimensions with approved drawings and layouts
- Assist in layout fixing for buildings, roads, drainage, and utilities
- Prepare and maintain survey records, field notes, and reports
- Coordinate with project engineers, contractors, and consultants
- Identify and report site discrepancies or variations
- Ensure survey work complies with safety and quality standards
- Support re-surveying and as-built measurements as required

Qualification & Experience




- Diploma / ITI in Civil Engineering or Land Survey
- 1-5 years of experience in construction or real estate projects
- Freshers with field knowledge may also be considered (for trainee roles)

Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in survey instruments (Total Station, Auto Level, GPS)
- Ability to read civil drawings and layouts
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD (preferred)
- Valuable coordination and site-handling skills
- Accuracy, attention to detail, and field discipline

Work Environment
- Site-based role with outdoor fieldwork
- May require travel to project locations

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
