As part of the Real Assets Operations Skills Development team, you will help build accounting, technical and operational capabilities across our Real Assets business through training, onboarding and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Responsibilities
Your Role:
- Develop, maintain and periodically update training materials,



process guides and onboarding documentation in line with curriculum standards and guidance from the (Assistant) / Vice President and Subject Matter Experts.
- Translate operational procedures, process updates and system enhancements into practical training and knowledge-sharing materials, ensuring alignment with approved policies and practices.
- Support the review and update of training content following process, system or regulatory changes, identifying and escalating content gaps where appropriate.
- Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts to arrange training sessions, gather content and follow up on agreed actions.
- Deliver onboarding, introductory and process-level training covering operational procedures, recurring tasks, documentation standards and system navigation.
- Provide day-to-day onboarding support to recent joiners, helping them navigate training materials, process documentation and operational resources.
- Maintain training records, attendance logs, feedback trackers, version control
