Required Skills
- End-to-end SC ownership in a company making precision hardware — aerospace, defence electronics, satellites, or advanced manufacturing
- 12–15+ years in supply chain / procurement / materials management in hardware-intensive manufacturing
- Managed both procurement/logistics AND internal inventory/stores under one function
- Import/export compliance experience — familiarity with IOR, SCOMET, Wassenaar, DGFT, or equivalent export control regimes
- ERP/MRP implementation or significant configuration experience (SAP, Oracle, or even Odoo at scale)
