Job Description

• The KYC Team Manager: Current Account Opening is responsible for leading and managing the KYC verification and due diligence activities for Current Account onboarding.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and guide the KYC team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• The role ensures timely, accurate, and compliant processing of recent account openings in line with RBI guidelines, AML/CFT regulations, and internal bank policies, while maintaining high service quality and operational efficiency.
• Process Optimization: Analyse and refine existing processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and overall service delivery, driving better outcomes for customers and partners alike.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in service delivery and to address any compliance or operational challenges.
