Role Description The Regional Business Manager is a full-time,



on-site role based in Ghaziabad, responsible for driving regional sales performance and market growth for Zuventus Healthcare’s product portfolio. This role oversees a team of sales professionals, sets regional sales targets, and monitors achievement against business objectives. The Regional Business Manager develops and executes territory plans, builds strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key accounts, and ensures effective product positioning in line with company strategies. Day-to-day responsibilities include coaching and mentoring field teams, conducting joint field visits, analyzing sales data, and preparing regular performance reports. The role also involves ensuring compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory guidelines, while collaborating closely with marketing, supply chain, and senior management to support business expansion.
