Meta Marketing Manager | DTC / E-commerce

We're hiring a Meta Marketing Manager to own and scale B2C paid social performance across our two ecommerce brands, ScavengerHunt.com and Let's Roam. You'll own the full performance loop — strategy, creative, launch, testing, analysis, and iteration — driving profitable growth in Contribution Margin. This is a hands-on role: you'll manage campaigns directly in Meta Ads Manager, use AI tools to rapidly develop and test high-performing creative, and directly impact revenue, CAC, and ROAS.

About You
We're looking for a highly hands-on Meta performance marketer who combines deep paid social expertise, strong DTC commercial instincts, and advanced AI-assisted creative production. This is not a traditional media-buying role. We want someone who can take a campaign from strategy → AI-assisted creative → launch → test → profitable scale. You should be an advanced user of AI creative tools like Claude or ChatGPT, using AI as a core part of your creative workflow to dramatically increase testing velocity and volume. You will own Meta strategy, creative production, and performance reporting across two consumer brands.
