Job Description 8 to 12 years of hands-on Functional experience on Oracle Cloud Payroll, OTL and Benefits modules.
n The candidate must have Implementation & Support experience on SaaS HCM Modules in
nCompensation, OTL, Benefits & Payroll.
n Ability to relate the product functionality to business processes and thus offer implementation advice to
ncustomers on how to meet their various business scenarios using Oracle SaaS HCM.
n Ability to work with technical team in explaining the requirements.
n Experience in functional design documentation and functional testing & Regression testing.
n Ability to handle tickets independently as an Individual contributor and also lead the projects
n At least should have worked on a minimum 4+ end to end implementations on above modules.
n Should have a good understanding of Workflow Notifications, Approval configurations, Security.
n Experience in handling data conversions (HDL/HSDL), Quick Formula and BI Reporting is an added
nadvantage
n Good communication, presentation, and inter-personnel skills
n Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
