Our client, a premier IT services and consulting firm, is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth by managing the complete sales lifecycle for Cloud, Data, DevOps, and AI-led services. With 10–15 years of experience in IT services sales, you will focus on demand generation, enterprise client engagement, and closing high-value B2B deals across global markets (US, Europe, and UK). This role also plays a key part in building strategic partnerships and strengthening our client’s market presence.

Sales & Revenue Growth

Own the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting → discovery → proposal negotiation → closure.

Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline for services including:

Cloud & DevOps

Data Engineering

Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.





Work with leadership to define and execute a sales & marketing strategy.

LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Collaborate on content-led marketing initiatives:

Website content

LinkedIn thought leadership posts

Track campaign performance and continuously optimize lead quality.

Conduct discovery calls, understand business pain points, and map them to our client’s solutions.

Commercials & pricing

Cloud providers

Sales Operations & Reporting

Maintain CRM hygiene (Leads, Opportunities, Follow-ups).

Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports covering:

Provide market intelligence and competitor insights to leadership.

Required Skills & Experience

10–15 years of experience in IT Services / Technology Sales.
