KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As the Lead Retail HRBP Head , you will play a crucial role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, particularly focusing on our retail operations. This position will be based in our corporate office with a requirement for occasional travel to different locations.

Strategic HR Partnership:
Collaborate with retail leadership to understand business goals and develop HR strategies that align with organizational objectives.
Serve as a strategic advisor to retail management, providing insights and recommendations on HR-related matters.

Talent Acquisition:
Lead and oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for retail positions, emphasizing candidates with expertise in the footwear industry.
Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier talent.

Employee Relations:
Manage and resolve employee relations issues,



ensuring a positive and inclusive work setting.
Conduct thorough investigations and provide guidance on disciplinary matters when necessary.

Performance Management:
Implement performance management processes to enhance employee productivity and engagement.
Collaborate with retail managers to identify and address performance gaps effectively.

Training and Development:
Design and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of retail employees.
Support and drive career development initiatives for employees in the retail sector.

Compliance:
Ensure strict compliance with labor laws and company policies in the retail sector.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in HR.
