Job purpose
"To lead clinical operations in the Mobile Health Unit (MHU); delivering quality preventive and promotive healthcare services in the identified locations of Odisha. Supervise staff and ensure operational efficiency for community health needs."

Duties and responsibilities
- The doctor will travel across the 6 identified locations in Odisha through the MHU.
- Ensuring patient data confidentiality at all times.
- The MO will be the in-charge and overall responsible for the effective functioning of the MHU.
- The other staff of the MHU will work under his/her supervision on a day-to-day basis.
- In case of referral to the nearest facility, the MO shall maintain suitable records (detail address and the cause of emergency in the register and logbook of the vehicle) and issue a explicit descriptive referral slips




- The MO shall work in collaboration with the MO I/c of nearest PHC under whose area services are being rendered and MO of OMC dispensary in that mining region.
- Ensuring beneficiaries are provided with the required medical consultations as per the planned health camps in the project.
- To provide out-patient services.

· To be involved in key decision making areas to address the challenges of the projects with regard to the clinical deliverables.
· To conduct quality audits periodically
· To maintain outpatient consultation reports as per the guidelines
· To oversee, coordinate and operate all the clinical activities.
· To work with the team of the MHU for achieving the overall target of the Project.
· To work in accordance with company guidelines.

Qualifications / Certifications
· M.B.B.S with preferably 2 years of experience
