Position Overview

The Vice President will lead sales and business development efforts in North India, focusing on Transmission line Projects within the T&D; business. This senior role requires strategic oversight and execution to drive growth and strengthen client relationships, particularly with PGCIL. The ideal candidate will have 20–25 years of experience in business development and a proven track record in managing large-scale transmission projects.

This position demands strong leadership and the ability to navigate complex project environments while aligning with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage sales and business development activities for Transmission line Projects in North India.
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with PGCIL and other key stakeholders in the T&D; sector.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and successful execution.




- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
- Prepare and present business proposals, bids, and reports to senior management and clients.
- Mentor and guide the sales and business development team to achieve targets.

Qualifications
- 20–25 years of experience in business development, preferably in the Transmission & Distribution (T&D;) sector.
- Proven experience in handling large-scale Transmission line Projects and working with PGCIL.
- Strong understanding of the North Indian market and regulatory setting.
- Demonstrated leadership experience at a senior management level.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees preferred.
