We are looking for a qualified HR business partner to oversee all human resources operations for our Business team. He or she is responsible for the end- to end life cycle management and operations of the team and be the guiding unit HR for sourcing, hiring strategies, performance management, skills transformation, compensation, rewards & recognition including retiring and exit of employees.

Our ideal candidates should have around 4-8 years of experience and knowledge around HR practices and employee management and operations. Ultimately, you should be able to act as a consultant on human resources management and operations and behavioural and cultural transformation needs of the teams.
