Person is responsible for driving Contract Review, finalization & Risk Mitigation function for Cable business. The responsibilities also include Standardizing of all type of contracts & Tenders, NDA, Supply agreement, teaming agreement, long term fixed price contract, Warehouse agreement, Sales commission agreement etc. for India and US business. Able to provide Order Acceptance Checklist to sales team. Should be able to run Risk Meeting on monthly basis and highlight such abnormal cases with mitigation Plan to Divisional CEO, Divisional CFO and Group CFO. Able to prepare high level MIS and areas to be taken care customer wise if abnormal clauses are accepted. Should have maturity to handle Sales team and Client on need basis with better conflict management. Closure of agreements based on Risk appetite and reward basis. Able to handle all legal disputes related to Supplier, Customer, Employees independently. Work closely with Sales team to improve their business understanding and reduce dependency.



He/She should understand country specific legal/compliance requirements like Commercial General liability and work on the scope improvement with Insurance company. Should be able to support secretarial work for US subsidiary.
