Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Analyst / Process Designer with warehouse management process experience to support a global SAP ECC to S/4HANA transformation project. The role will support process analysis, future-state design, business requirement management, testing, and process harmonization.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and document current warehouse management processes.
- Support SAP EWM design discussions, fit-gap assessment, and process harmonization.
- Capture business requirements and translate them into clear process flows / user stories.
- Work with business stakeholders, consultants, development teams, and test management.
- Support SIT, UAT, defect analysis, and business validation activities.
- Prepare process documentation, training inputs,



and operational handover material.

Required Skills
- Experience in warehouse management or SAP EWM processes.
- Positive understanding of inbound, outbound, inventory, put-away, picking, packing, and warehouse operations.
- Exposure to SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA transformation projects.
- Ability to document processes using flowcharts, requirements, and test scenarios.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.

Preferred Profile
- Business Analyst / Process Designer background in an ERP transformation environment.
- Comfortable working with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Structured documentation approach with focus on clarity, ownership, and business validation.
