Job Purpose:To independently manage assigned orders and coordinate sampling, production, quality and delivery.
- Manage assigned orders independently.
- Prepare order sheets and verify specifications.
- Coordinate samples approvals.
- Coordinate costing and material requirements.
- Follow production progress and quality approvals.
- Monitor delivery schedules and dispatch status.
- Handle issues and complaints.
- Maintain order trackers, approvals and communication records.

Job Specification
- Education:Graduate/Diploma preferred/
- Experience:3-7 years merchandising experience
- Industry Experience:Textile / Garment / Manufacturing / Trading experience preferred where relevant.
- Technical Skills:Textile/product knowledge, customer coordination, order management, sampling, costing,



production follow-up
- Reporting To:Merchandising Manager
- Competencies:Leadership, accountability, discipline, communication, teamwork, problem-solving, time management, accuracy and continuous improvement, according to role requirements.

Working Conditions:Office / factory / operational environment as applicable; may require standing, movement between departments, shift work or extended hours according to business requirements

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
