About the Role

This role is ideal for someone who understands that digital marketing is not just about posting content - it is about generating measurable results through smart targeting, creative testing, campaign optimization, and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities Meta Ads Management
- Plan, create, launch, and manage Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns through Meta Ads Manager.
- Manage campaigns for lead generation, conversions, sales, traffic, engagement, and remarketing.
- Conduct audience research and create relevant targeting strategies.
- Set up and manage Custom Audiences, Lookalike Audiences, retargeting campaigns, and interest-based targeting.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns based on key metrics.
- Regularly test different ad creatives, copy, audiences, placements, and campaign objectives.




- Identify underperforming campaigns/ad sets/ads and take corrective action.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently and work toward improving ROAS, CPL, CTR, conversion rate, and overall campaign profitability.
- Scale successful campaigns while maintaining performance and cost efficiency.
- Stay updated with changes to the Meta advertising platform, policies, targeting options, and best practices.

Campaign & Performance Analysis
- Track and analyze campaign performance on a daily basis.
- Prepare performance reports and communicate key insights to management.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Use data to make informed decisions about budget allocation and campaign strategy.
- Monitor lead quality and work with the sales team to improve lead-to-customer conversion.

Creative & Content Coordination
- Provide creative briefs and recommendations based on campaign performance.
