Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop women’s ethnic wear collections such as Kurtis, Co-ord Sets, Dresses, Ethnic Fusion Wear.
- Create seasonal and trend-based designs as per market demand and buyer requirements.
- Develop design concepts, sketches, mood boards, color combinations, and fabric selections.
- Coordinate with sampling, merchandising, and production teams for product development.
- Select suitable fabrics, prints, embroidery, embellishments, and trims for collections.
- Prepare tech packs, design sheets, artwork, and style specifications.
- Follow up on sample development and provide corrections/improvements when required.
- Conduct market research and trend analysis for colors, styles, fabrics, and silhouettes.
- Work closely with vendors, printers, embroiderers, and dyeing units for design execution.
- Ensure timely completion of design development and sampling activities.
- Maintain records of designs,



swatches, and development samples.
- Support management in creating new collections and improving existing styles.

Required Skills:
- Strong creativity and understanding of women’s ethnic fashion trends.
- Valuable knowledge of fabrics, embroidery, printing techniques, and garment construction.
- Proficiency in design software such as CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.
- Strong sketching, color coordination, and styling skills.
- Good communication and team coordination abilities.
- Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple collections.

Qualification:
- Degree/Diploma in Fashion Designing or related field.

Experience:
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Women’s Ethnic Wear designing.

Salary:
- Salary will be offered as per experience and skill set.

Preference:
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
