We are seeking a highly skilled and licensed Professional Civil Engineer to oversee land development, infrastructure, and structural integrity for our real estate portfolio. You will manage the full project lifecycle from initial feasibility and site design to permitting, construction oversight, and final delivery. Key Responsibilities
- Site Feasibility: Conduct preliminary site assessments, evaluating topography, zoning laws, environmental impact, and utility availability.
- Design & Engineering: Develop and review civil designs, including grading, drainage, paving, water distribution, and sewage systems.
- Project Management: Manage project budgets, timelines, and contractor relationships. Oversee on-site construction to ensure compliance with engineering plans.
- Quality Control:



Implement rigorous quality assurance and safety protocols throughout the construction phase.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
- License: Valid Skilled Engineer (PE) license.
- Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in civil engineering, specifically related to land development and residential or commercial real estate.
- Skills: Proficiency in CAD software, GIS, and project management tools. Strong understanding of local building codes, environmental regulations, and contract management.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
