Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead business growth, drive enterprise sales, and build long-term client relationships for Shelf Merch.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth for Shelf Merch
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Build relationships with HR, procurement, admin, marketing, and leadership teams across companies
- Identify opportunities for corporate gifting, onboarding kits, event merchandise, employee engagement programs, and branded merchandise stores




- Lead client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and proposal discussions
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Work closely with internal teams including production, operations, and design for smooth execution
- Maintain a solid sales pipeline and forecast business opportunities
- Develop key accounts and ensure repeat business from existing clients
- Mentor and guide junior sales executives when required
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in B2B sales, corporate sales, or business development
- Preferred industry experience:
- Corporate gifting

- Printing & packaging

- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
