Position Overview:
As a Store Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing and organizing the day-to-day operations of the store for our construction company. Your responsibilities will include overseeing inventory, coordinating with suppliers, ensuring timely material availability, and maintaining accurate records. This role demands meticulous attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic construction environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management:
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels and oversee inventory management systems.
- Regularly conduct stock audits and reconcile any discrepancies.
- Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Order Processing:
- Receive and process incoming materials, ensuring accuracy in quality and quantity.
- Collaborate with suppliers to place orders, negotiate terms, and monitor delivery schedules.
- Track and follow up on pending orders to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Store Operations:




- Oversee the organization and cleanliness of the store area.
- Implement and maintain effective security measures for the store.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the store.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records of all store transactions.
- Generate regular reports on stock levels, consumption, and other relevant metrics.
- Prepare and submit reports to the management as required.
- Team Collaboration:
- Coordinate with various departments, including procurement, logistics, and project management, to meet project requirements.
- Collaborate with site supervisors to understand material needs and optimize stock levels accordingly.
- Quality Control:
- Conduct quality checks on incoming materials and report any discrepancies.
- Implement measures to ensure the quality and integrity of stored materials.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
