Job Title:Front Desk Officer / Clinical Assistant/Patient Coordinator

About Us:Jaipur Institute of Pain & Sports Injuries (JIPSI) is a super specialized center (India’s First exclusive Sports Radiology Institute) focused on the non-surgical management of musculoskeletal conditions, joint pain, various chronic nerve-related conditions, and sports injuries. We are a daycare center with no admissions, offering specialized outpatient care through a collaborative team of 7-8 super specialist doctors working together to provide comprehensive non surgical management.

Role Overview:We are looking for a proactive, soft-spoken, and well-organized individual to join our team as a Front Desk Officer / Clinical Assistant, be responsible for billing and various other front end and backend tasks. This role is central to patient interaction and clinic coordination, ensuring a smooth, professional, and caring experience for every patient visiting the clinic and acting as a critical link between the patients and the treating doctors.





Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations and greet patients professionally
- Register patients and maintain organized patient records/files
- Schedule and coordinate appointments efficiently
- Handle patient queries and guide them through the clinical process
- Follow up with patients regarding appointments, procedures, and treatments
- Assist in patient communication and overall coordination
- Support backend administrative and operational tasks

Requirements:
- Soft-spoken with positive interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills and a patient-friendly approach
- Basic English speaking ability for communication with non-Hindi speaking patients
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
- Prior experience in a clinic, hospital, or front desk role will be preferred

Working Hours:10:00 AM - 8:00 PM

Salary:₹14,000 - ₹21,000 per month, depending on experience and sk
