Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct hearing evaluations and basic audiological assessments
- Understand patient hearing requirements and recommend suitable hearing aid solutions
- Perform hearing aid trials, fittings, programming, and fine-tuning
- Counsel patients and family members regarding hearing loss and hearing aid usage
- Handle follow-ups, after-sales service coordination, and patient satisfaction
- Maintain patient records and audiological documentation
- Coordinate with clinic staff for smooth patient management
- Stay updated with latest hearing aid technologies and products

Eligibility CriteriaEducational Qualification
- DHLS (Diploma in Hearing Language & Speech)
- OR
- Good communication and counselling skills
- Patient-handling ability and empathetic approach
- Basic computer knowledge




- Willingness to learn new hearing aid technologies
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Experience in hearing aid fitting and counselling will be preferred
- Freshers with good technical and communication skills are encouraged to apply

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
