Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth by promoting our diagnostic/healthcare services, building solid client relationships, and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

Sales:
- Generate new business through doctor visits, clinics, hospitals, and corporate clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with referring doctors and partners
- Identify new opportunities for expanding collection centers and diagnostic services

Marketing:
- Plan and execute local marketing activities (health camps, awareness programs)
- Promote test packages and special offers
- Conduct field visits and brand promotion activities
- Coordinate digital and offline marketing campaigns

Client Relationship Management:
- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing clients
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality
- Resolve client queries and issues promptly

Reporting & Analysis:
- Maintain daily visit reports (DVR)
- Track sales performance and market feedback




- Share competitor insights and suggest improvements

Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in sales/marketing (preferably healthcare/diagnostics)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good networking and negotiation abilities
- Basic knowledge of diagnostic tests (preferred)
- Willingness to travel locally
