Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular field visits to industrial clients for business development.
- Promote company services through direct interaction with customers.
- Identify new business opportunities in assigned territory.
- Maintain robust relationships with existing customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposal submission and service execution.
- Follow up with clients for enquiries, quotations, and order closure.
- Collect market intelligence and competitor activity information.
- Maintain daily visit reports and update marketing activity status.
- Support in achieving monthly and quarterly business targets.
- Participate in exhibitions, client meetings, and promotional events when required.

Safety & Compliance Responsibilities:




- Basic knowledge of industrial safety standards.
- Awareness of statutory compliance requirements applicable to industries.
- Understanding of ISO standards (preferred).
- Ability to communicate compliance-related service benefits to clients.
- Support clients in identifying service needs related to safety and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in direct client interaction.
- Ability to travel for field marketing activities.
- Basic understanding of industrial operations.
- Knowledge of safety and compliance-related services.
- Negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Reporting and documentation capability.

Educational Qualification:
ITI / Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree
