As a Commi 1, you will support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth food preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in food preparation, cutting, chopping, and cooking
- Follow recipes and presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area
- Ensure proper storage of ingredients and food items
- Support senior chefs (CDP/DCDP) during service
- Handle kitchen equipment safely
Requirements:
- 0-3 years experience in restaurant or hotel kitchen
- Basic knowledge of cooking techniques
- Ability to work under pressure during peak hours
- Team-oriented and disciplined

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
