Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle the FoSCoS portal and resolve related queries efficiently
- Ensure compliance with food packaging and labelling regulations
- Coordinate food testing with laboratories and maintain proper documentation
- Assist in internal and external audits
- Stay updated with regulatory changes and ensure implementation

Eligibility Criteria:
- 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in FSSAI licensing (mandatory)
- Educational background in Food Technology, Microbiology, Nutrition, or Life Sciences
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and documentation
- Valuable communication and coordination skills

Salary:
₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month
