Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complete store operations in a heavy engineering environment
- Maintain accurate inventory records in Tally & ERP:
- Handle raw materials, bought-out items, consumables, and heavy mechanical components:
- Process GRN, material inward/outward, gate pass, and challan entries:
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, QA, and Accounts departments:
- Monitor stock levels of steel plates, shafts, bearings, gear components, fasteners, lubricants, etc.:
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation:
- Ensure proper storage, tagging, and material identification:
- Maintain FIFO system where applicable
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS and stock reports:
- Prevent material damage, pilferage, or stock discrepancies

Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate (B.Com /BA/BBA)
- 4-6 years of experience in heavy engineering / machinery manufacturing stores:




- Solid hands-on experience in Tally & ERP software:
- Knowledge of industrial material coding and inventory classification:
- Basic understanding of GST documentation and compliance
