Qualification:
For operators’ position
- Only experience of 5 to 6 years of handling Extrusion Machinery
- Bachelor’s Degree in Polymer / Plastics Engineering:
- OR Diploma from CIPET / reputed institute

Experience:
- 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in Multilayer Sheet Extrusion Machine operations:
- Experience with materials:HIPS, ABS, PP -Thickness of sheet -0.5 mm to 5 MM:
- Willingness to work in shifts:
- Ability to understand technical drawings

Job Description & Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate extrusion machines through operators as per production schedules and product specifications.
- Load raw materials into the hopper of extrusion machines.




- Adjust machine settings including temperature, pressure, and speed to optimize the extrusion process.
- Monitor the extrusion process continuously and make necessary adjustments to ensure product quality and operational efficiency.
- Prepare daily reports using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and present updates in daily review meetings.
- Develop standardized work instructions, SOPs, and training materials for operators.
- Properly hand over charge to the next shift engineer with complete reporting and ensure continuity of operations.
- Do not leave the workplace until the next shift engineer reports for duty.
