(Grade 1 & 2)

Core Focus: Mathematics & Science

Role Overview

The Mother Teacher will:
- Lead Mathematics and Science with conceptual clarity and strong foundational development
- Act as a homeroom teacher responsible for students’ academic and emotional well-being
- Integrate experiential and activity-based learning into daily lessons
- Maintain discipline through positive reinforcement and classroom management skills

Key Responsibilities
- Build strong numeracy and scientific thinking skills
- Design worksheets, assessments, and interactive learning activities
- Maintain student portfolios and academic records
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress
- Prepare students for assessments and ensure foundational clarity
- Organize classroom displays, projects, and hands-on activities




- Participate in curriculum planning meetings and school events

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education (B.Ed / D.El.Ed / ECCE preferred)
- Solid command over Mathematics and basic Science concepts
- Experience teaching Grade 1 or Grade 2 preferred
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- Passion for working with young children

IB or progressive curriculum experience is an advantage but not mandatory. Training support may be provided.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,735.81 - ₹20,143.56 per month
