We are expanding our presence and looking for a highly skilled and experienced Nursing Officer to join Emoha’s mission of enriching the lives of elders with care, compassion, and convenience in the city of Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (formerly Aurangabad). The Nursing Officer will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations, managing a team of nurses, carers or GDAs, and attendants, developing care plans, handling escalations, and ensuring the highest standards of care for our elderly clients.

Your day-to-day is:
- Daily Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the home healthcare department, ensuring efficient service delivery,



adherence to protocols, and timely resolution of issues.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of nurses and attendants, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and career development to maintain a high-performing workforce.
- Care Plan Development and Review: Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop personalised care plans for clients, regularly reviewing and updating them to meet their changing needs.
- Escalation Handling: Address and resolve any escalated issues or concerns from clients, families, or caregivers, ensuring a timely and satisfactory resolution.
- Training and Development: Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support and guidance to nurses and attendants, ensuring their continuous career development and adherence to quality standards.
