Provide bedside nursing care to assigned patients.
- Monitor and record vital signs (BP, temperature, pulse, respiration).
- Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, feeding, and mobility.
- Administer medications and injections as prescribed.
- Assist in dressing wounds and performing basic procedures.
- Maintain patient hygiene and comfort.
- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing notes.
- Update charts and report any change in patient condition to senior staff.
- Follow hospital documentation protocols.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
