Flamebirds Studio is an architectural visualization firm delivering high-quality 3D visuals, animations, and design support to architects, designers, and developers. We transform concepts into compelling visual experiences with precision and creativity.

We are hiring a Project Coordinator to manage and coordinate architectural and visualization projects from briefing to final delivery. The role requires strong coordination skills, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects while working closely with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end project execution and ensure timely delivery
- Understand project briefs, scope, timelines, and deliverables
- Create and manage project schedules, task lists, and trackers
- Monitor daily progress and follow up on deadlines




- Coordinate client communication, feedback, and revisions
- Ensure quality standards and proper version control
- Maintain project documentation and status reports

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil, Management, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in project coordination (architecture/design preferred)
- Solid organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- MS Excel / Google Sheets

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
