Role Summary

Responsible for supporting daily office operations, basic hospitality services, packing support, warehouse help, and maintaining office cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities

1. Office Support & Hospitality
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and drinking water to employees and guests.
- Maintain pantry cleanliness and proper arrangement of utensils.
- Refill water bottles and ensure drinking water availability.
- Assist during meetings by serving refreshments.

2. Cleaning & Waste Disposal
- Daily cleaning of office rooms, tables, chairs, pantry, and common areas.
- Sweep and mop office and packing area regularly.
- Collect office waste materials daily and dispose of them outside properly.
- Keep dustbins clean and replace liners when needed.

3. Administrative Support
- Deliver documents to courier offices, banks, vendors, or nearby locations.
- Collect parcels and office supplies when required.
- Assist staff in small daily operational tasks.

4. Order Packing Support




- Pack e-commerce orders safely as per packing SOP.
- Arrange packing materials and keep packing area organized.
- Hand over parcels to courier/shipping partners.
- Help in loading/unloading goods and bulk dispatch.

5. Warehouse Assistance
- Help in stock arrangement and counting.
- Support inventory movement and basic record keeping.

Requirements:
- Minimum 8th / 10th pass
- Cycle preferred for local work
- Polite behavior and respectful communication
- Physically fit and active
- Honest, disciplined, and responsible
