About the Company

Engko Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is a growing engineering and construction company specializing in Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB), prefabricated railway shelters, exhibition halls and industrial warehouses across India and overseas projects.

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Sales Executive to join our business development team.

Responsibilities:
- Generate recent business leads for PEB and prefabricated building projects
- Visit clients, consultants and contractors to promote Engko’s solutions
- Understand project requirements and coordinate with technical & estimation teams
- Prepare proposals, quotations and follow up for order closure
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and channel partners
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct market research and identify upcoming projects





Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Engineering preferred)
- 1-4 years of experience in sales (PEB / construction / building materials preferred)
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to handle B2B clients and site-level coordination
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
- Willingness to travel for client meetings

Preferred Experience
- Experience in PEB buildings, prefabricated structures, steel buildings or industrial construction sales will be a strong advantage.

Salary: Best in industry (based on experience)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
