Job Description

Position: Waiter - F&B; Service
Location: Luxury Res Vythiri, Wayanad

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet guests courteously and escort them to their tables
- Present menus and provide detailed information upon request
- Prepare tables by setting linens, cutlery, and glassware
- Recommend menu items and upsell additional products when appropriate
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems or order slips
- Communicate order details clearly to the kitchen team
- Serve food and beverages as per service standards
- Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation; report issues if any
- Maintain neat table arrangements and a clean dining area
- Present bills and collect payments accurately
- Clear used plates, glasses, and cutlery and send them for cleaning
- Attend daily briefings to understand specials, menu changes, and reservations




- Deliver excellent customer service and handle guest interactions professionally

Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or Catering technology.
- Valuable communication skill in English.
- Minimum 1 year experience in same role.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
