Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise PCB repair, fault-finding, and rework activities in the production process.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and rework procedures.
- Prepare and maintain rework reports, documentation, and related records.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams to resolve issues effectively.
- Monitor and improve rework processes for efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide guidance and support to the rework team as needed.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate/Diploma/ITI in Electronics Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in PCB repairing, fault-finding, or industrial rework (preferred).
- Good communication skills with English, Hindi, and Telugu (spoken and written).
- Robust documentation and reporting abilities.
- Basic knowledge of computers and ERP systems (preferred but not mandatory).

Pay: ₹12,000.00 per month
