We are looking for a Telecaller to join our immigration team. The person should have valuable communication skills and be able to explain immigration services clearly. The telecaller will make calls, answer questions, and help clients understand the immigration process.
Responsibilities:
- Call people and give information about immigration services.
- Answer questions about visas, PR, and other immigration programs.
- Follow up with interested clients and book appointments.
- Keep a record of client details and updates.
- Handle client concerns in a polite and helpful way.
Requirements:
- Good speaking and listening skills.
- Basic knowledge of immigration (training will be given).
- Experience in tele calling or customer service is a plus.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Friendly and professional attitude.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
