Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Calls: Contact potential or existing customers to promote products, services, or set up meetings.
- Inbound Calls: Handle incoming customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner.
- Lead Generation & Sales: Identify new sales opportunities, nurture leads, and close sales over the phone.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date customer records in the database or CRM system.
- Script Adherence: Follow company-provided scripts while adapting to the conversation to ensure consistency.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales, call volume, and quality targets. Jobsoid +7

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication in English and/or local languages,



with active listening skills.
- Customer Service: Ability to handle objections, rejection, and difficult customers politely.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer skills (MS Office) and familiarity with CRM software.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent is generally required; graduation is preferred by some employers.
- Experience: Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service is a plus, but many roles are beginner-friendly
