Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls
- Manage table reservations and booking entries
- Confirm bookings and follow up with customers
- Provide accurate information about menu, timings, and offers
- Coordinate with the restaurant floor team for reservations
- Maintain daily call and booking records
- Handle customer queries politely and professionally
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English
- Prior experience in telecalling or customer handling preferred
- Basic computer knowledge and booking systems
- Polite, patient, and customer-oriented attitude
- Ability to handle pressure during peak hours
Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
