Role Overview:
The Recovery Executive is responsible for ensuring timely recovery of monthly EMIs and outstanding dues from customers who have purchased plots from Citylights Realty Group Pvt. Ltd. The role requires maintaining solid customer relationships, addressing and resolving client issues promptly, and ensuring a positive customer experience while achieving recovery targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collect monthly EMIs and pending dues from plot buyers in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate recovery records and follow up on overdue payments.




- Build and sustain healthy, long-term relationships with customers.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and issues with professionalism and promptness.
- Coordinate with the sales and accounts teams to ensure smooth recovery operations.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
