We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to generate leads through cold calling and to coordinate with real estate brokers for our co-working business, 1Excel. The role involves engaging prospective clients, maintaining broker relationships, and supporting the sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound cold calls to generate qualified leads
- Follow up with prospective clients and schedule site visits
- Coordinate and stay in regular touch with brokers and channel partners
- Maintain lead data and follow-up records
- Support the sales team in closing opportunities

Requirements:
- Positive communication and convincing skills
- Prior experience in telecalling or lead generation preferred
- Comfortable with cold calling and follow-ups
- Basic knowledge of real estate or co-working spaces is an advantage

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
