Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations and opening/closing procedures
- Supervise and guide store staff to meet performance targets
- Maintain stock levels, inventory records, and coordinate replenishment
- Ensure proper display of products and store cleanliness
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure satisfaction
- Prepare daily sales reports and maintain records
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Coordinate with management regarding sales, stock, and issues
Requirements:
- Proven experience as Store In-Charge / Store Supervisor / Retail Manager
- Valuable leadership and communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge (billing software, MS Excel, etc.)
- Ability to manage staff and multitask efficiently
- Honest, responsible, and result-oriented
- Minimum qualification: [10+2 / Graduate - customize]
