JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for enthusiastic freshers to support B2B lead generation, marketing campaigns, and sales execution.



This role involves working closely with international clients, executing outreach campaigns, and supporting strategy implementation. Strong spoken and written English is mandatory as communication with global stakeholders is a key part of this role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Build targeted lead lists based on defined ICP and buyer personas.
- Maintain accurate lead data and CRM records.

Marketing & Sales Campaign Execution:
- Write and send professional outreach messages and follow-ups in English.
- Track campaign responses and report performance metrics.

International Client Communication:
- Maintain professional business communication standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth campaign execution.

Strategy & Implementation Support:
- Assist in planning and executing B2B lead generation strategies.
- Research new tools, platforms, and campaign ideas.
