Job Responsibilities: Make outbound and attend inbound calls to customers Explain company products/services clearly and confidently Generate leads and fix appointments (if required) Maintain a record of calls, feedback, and follow-ups Handle customer queries and resolve basic issues Achieve daily/weekly calling targets - Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
