Job Description - Grade SpecificWe are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Architect to join our team and play a pivotal role in managing ServiceNow environment for global clients. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure and scalable ServiceNow solutions that meet the specific needs of our diverse clientele.Job Description- Overall experience 15+ years in ServiceNow with relevant experience of 10+ years
- Proven experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions and Platforms
- Consulting and implementation experience of CMDB and ITAM OR Enterprise level solutions for large customers.




- Expert knowledge of scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, and PowerShell with data migration and integration tools.
- Develop and maintain detailed technical design documents, including data models, workflows, and integration specifications.
- Ensure alignment of ServiceNow solutions with overall IT strategy and business objectives.
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and industry standards.
- Develop and maintain governance processes for ServiceNow solutions.
- Implement security and compliance measures to protect sensitive data.
