Job Title: HVAC TechnicianExperience Required: Minimum 2 Years (Maintenance)Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹21,000 per month (Based on experience & skills)

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of HVAC systems
- Operate and maintain Chillers / VRF / VRV / Split AC / Package Units (as applicable)
- Inspect, service, and troubleshoot AHUs, FCUs, and ventilation systems
- Monitor temperature, pressure, and performance parameters
- Identify faults and carry out repairs to minimize downtime
- Handle basic electrical checks related to HVAC equipment
- Maintain service reports, logbooks, and maintenance records
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and OEM guidelines
- Coordinate with BMS and electrical teams when required

Job Requirements:




- ITI / Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning / Mechanical / HVAC
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC maintenance
- Good knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and safety practices
- Ability to attend emergency breakdowns
- Willingness to work in shifts (if required)
- Good communication and teamwork skills
